Angel Stadium of Anaheim History 

In 1966, Angel Stadium of Anaheim opened to the public. Nicknamed "The Big A" it's one of the oldest stadiums still in use. Prior to 2019, the stadium could hold up to 64,593 fans. Currently, the capacity stands at 45,517. Just one year after its opening, the venue was the host stadium for the All-Star Game. It's been five years since a major concert was held at the stadium. The last show featured Chance the Rapper on 9/9/17. U2, Kenny Chesney, The Rolling Stones, NSYNC, and more have all played at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. 

From 1980 through 1994, the Los Angeles Rams called the stadium their home for football.
