Once the Cleveland Guardians schedule is announced, tickets for Progressive Field are available for purchase. Fans can sort the game schedule by the opponent, game date, number of tickets, and more. First named Jacobs Field the venue opened in 1994. it replaced the former Cleveland Stadium, the same stadium that hosted the NFL Browns. In 2007 the name was changed to Progressive Field. The seating capacity on the first day was 42,865. Like many stadiums, the number of seats has changed over the years to make way for luxury suites or premium seating. Fans of the team flocked to the stadium for 455 consecutive sell-out games. The current configuration allows for 34,830 fans to fill the stadium. It's among the smaller stadiums in the league.
