Why should I order from Ticket King?

Ticket King has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are members of the National Association of Ticket Brokers, but more importantly, we are staffed with experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable folks. We can help put groups together, we can offer advice, we can help locate aisle seats AND our prices are competitive, the ticket selection is equal to national brokers, and your business is truly appreciated by each of us at Ticket King.

Does Ticket King buy tickets from individuals?

Yes, we do buy tickets in demand! Just call, email Meg@ticketking.net, or contact us here to get a quote and direction on the next steps. When selling Packers tickets, just tell us your section, row, and game you want to sell and we'll quote you a price for your seats.

How can I find seat numbers for ticket listings on TheTicketKing.com?

While it is true that seat numbers aren't listed on our ticket listings on our website; with a call, email (Meg@ticketking.net) or chat from our site, Ticket King's sales staff would be happy to help supply you with that information when possible.

Will my tickets be side by side?

Yes. If you order a pair of tickets, they will be side by side. If you ordered a 4-pack, they will be side by side, and so on.

How can I pay for my tickets?

If an order is placed on our website, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit cards are accepted. Additionally, if you prefer to pay with cash, you may in person during business hours at our Milwaukee or Green Bay offices.

I am looking for a ticket or event that I don't see listed on TheTicketKing.com, what should I do?

Always contact us! If you are looking for sports, concert, or theatre tickets, we might be able to help.

I bought tickets online, how long will it take to receive my tickets?

Many tickets are instantly available via email, either as e-tickets or mobile tickets, but some events have a delayed delivery either stemming from the venue, the team, or the artist. An estimated in-hand date will be listed before purchasing as well as noted on your emailed receipt for your reference. We guarantee to have your purchased tickets delivered to you in plenty of time for the event. Never hesitate to call, email, or chat via the website to ask any questions or address any delivery changes that may arise.

For tickets shipping via Federal Express, do you require a signature on the receipt?

Most ticket orders are now shipped via mobile delivery. For the few ticket orders that still require paper tickets to be shipped, yes we require a signature upon delivery.

Why is the price printed on the ticket different than what I paid?

Tickets purchased from Ticket King are bought in the secondary ticket market where tickets sell based on supply and demand; there isn't an affiliation with Ticket King and any venue, box office, or primary ticketing website like Ticketmaster.com. Sometimes the price paid by a ticket broker will be less than the printed face value and sometimes it will be higher. The price of our ticket inventory is subject to change at any time and without notice.

"That's weird, it looks like someone else's name is on the tickets I bought from Ticket King?"

Not to worry, the name on the ticket matches that of the original purchaser of the tickets. Ticket King operated in the secondary ticket market meaning we are re-selling tickets bought from primary box offices.

Can I have someone else pick up my ticket order at your office?

If this is your first order with Ticket King, we require that the person who placed the order pick it up with a photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase. If you have ordered prior and need to make a name change for pick up, please call our office at 414-273-6007 for assistance.

Are all ticket sales through Ticket King a final sale?

Yes, due to the unique nature of event tickets, all sales are final.

What happens if I lost my tickets purchased from Ticket King?

Losing tickets is like losing cash, though there are times when we can help, so please call the Ticket King office if you have exhausted all your search options. Please have your receipt number handy.

What if I bought tickets to an event that was canceled?

If an event is outright canceled without a rescheduled, or pending rescheduled date, Ticket King will refund you in full less any shipping or delivery charges.

Is Ticket King on social media?
