Vivint Smart Home Arena Tickets & Events

Additional Delta Center Info

Salt Lake City is home to the Vivint Arena. It's been formerly called many names, such as the Delta Center, the Salt Lake Ice Center, and EnergySolutions Arena. Currently, the venue is the home court for the Utah Jazz.

When the doors opened to the Vivint Arena, it was hoped that 19,000 fans could attend a Jazz game. This was a huge improvement over the 12,000-seat Salt Palace. The Utah Jazz played their first home game against the Knicks, in a preseason affair. In 2020 the arena was sold to Ryan Smith. Before that, the arena underwent a major renovation in 2016.

Other notable events at the Vivint Arena are the 2002 Winter Olympics, the 1999 U.S. Figure Skating Championships, and the Frozen Fury. Up to 20,000 fans can fit in the venue for concerts.
